Marlee is a big, affectionate boy with an even bigger personality! He's been part of the PURRR family since 2019, and while we can't understand why this handsome guy keeps getting overlooked, we're convinced his perfect family is out there. One thing that makes Marlee truly special? He LOVES water! He's known to sneak out of his room and head straight for the kitchen sink or bathtub, where he'll patiently wait for someone to turn on the faucet. Whether he's drinking from the running water or lounging right in it, Marlee certainly knows how to keep us entertained! He's independent, gets along well with other cats, and is a certified purring machine. He'll happily stare into your soul until you give him the affection he deserves. After all these years, we think it's time Marlee had a sink (and a family) to call his own!

Don't let her name fool you — there's nothing stormy about this sweet girl! Stormy is a petite, gentle soul who has been part of the PURRR family since 2021, when she was surrendered alongside her four littermates. Unlike some cats who demand your attention, Stormy prefers to let love come to her. She may not be the first to approach you for cuddles, but give her a little affection and she'll melt right into it! In a room full of cats, you'll likely find her curled up in the sunniest spot, quietly enjoying the warmth and watching the world go by. Stormy doesn't need to be the center of attention to steal your heart. She's simply waiting for someone who appreciates the quieter kind of love — and maybe a sunny windowsill to call her own!

Goofy, affectionate, and almost dog-like in his love for people

Shadow is a bundle of personality with a heart just as big! Found wandering the streets in rough shape, with patches of missing fur and scabs, this handsome boy caught the attention of a longtime PURRR supporter who instantly fell in love with him. The plan was simple: get Shadow neutered, vaccinated, and ready to join his new family. Unfortunately, when Shadow tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), those plans changed, and he found himself in PURRR's care in August 2026. With proper treatment and lots of love, Shadow has made an incredible recovery! His fur has grown back, his wounds have healed, and through it all, his sweet, goofy personality has never changed. He's an active, affectionate boy with an almost dog-like personality who absolutely adores human attention! Because of his FIV status, Shadow has been spending much of his time without feline companions, and we know this social butterfly deserves so much more. The PURRR team is determined to find him a loving home where he can be the only cat or share his days with other FIV+ kitties. Shadow may have had a rough start, but he's ready for the happy ending he's been waiting for. Could you be the one to give it to him?
